The Sussex Guild Contemporary Craft Show at Michelham Priory House & Gardens

Visit Michelham Priory for the 58th year of the Sussex Guild Contemporary Craft Show, where Sussex Guild members have been showing their creative creations year after year. This year the three-day event will be from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th July, with exhibitors in the Elizabethan Barn and in open-fronted marquees on the lawns.

From ceramics to glass, printmaking to woodworking, artisans of all types will show their wares to thousands of people during the weekend.

The event will also include live craft demonstrations, allowing visitors to learn about craft techniques direct from makers. You’ll see several potters showing different techniques, flame worked glass, blacksmithing, jewellery making, woodturning, embroidery and quilting.

You may find something special to take home too!

Tickets for the Contemporary Craft Show include entry to the property – meaning visitors can also enjoy the delightful gardens, explore the Tudor property and children’s play.

Take refreshment in our newly opened The Blue Door Cafe – a beautifully transformed space offering delicious homemade lunches, sweet treats, and expertly crafted barista coffee.
