This Father’s Day, Michelham Priory House & Gardens invites families to an exciting event that will delight car enthusiasts and history lovers alike.
On Sunday 18th June, the renowned Sussex heritage site, in partnership with Bexhill Mini Club, will host a special Minis at Michelham show, where dads and grandads receive free entry when accompanied by a child aged 5 to 17 years.
Michelham Priory, located near Hailsham in East Sussex, is well-known for its picturesque setting and rich historical significance.
On Father’s Day, the venue will transform into a haven for Mini enthusiasts, showcasing a captivating collection of these iconic British cars.

To make this Father’s Day even more special, Michelham Priory is offering free admission to all dads and grandads attending the exhibition on June 18th. It’s a perfect opportunity for families to spend quality time together, exploring the exhibition, strolling through the picturesque gardens, and enjoying the serene ambiance of the historic site.

What are the timings of Minis at Michelham?
The site, which is on a private medieval island in Upper Dicker, near Hailsham, will be open on Sunday 18th June from 10.30am to 5pm. Last admission is 30 minutes before closing.
Is there a fee for admission?
Yes, there is a fee for admission to Michelham Priory.
Admission is £13 for adults, £12 for seniors and children aged 5 to 17 cost £6.50. Under 5s go free.
Those who chose to Gift Aid their admission are entitled to 12 months free entry from the date of visit.
Members of The Sussex Archaeological Society can visit Michelham Priory and any of our other heritage sites in Sussex for free.
Dads Go Free terms and conditions
This applies only when dads are accompanied with a child or children aged 5 to 17. Those with under 5s will need to pay the full adult admission.
Is there free parking on site?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking on site at Michelham Priory. The car park has a capacity for about 130 cars.
Follow the brown signs as you near the destination or use BN27 3QS on Google Maps.
For those who are cycling, there are bike racks near the gatehouse.
How do I buy tickets?
Tickets can be pre-booked by visting the Michelham Priory tickets page on the black button below. Dads and grandads accompanied by a child aged 5 to 17 years do not need to purchase a ticket.
Alternatively, you can pay on the day on arrival at the ticket office in the Gatehouse.
