New Sussex Archaeological Collections Editor

The Sussex Archaeological Society is delighted to announce that the new Editor of the “Sussex Archaeological Collections” is Dr Jaime Kaminski.

Jaime is well known to the Society, having been a member of the Council
between 2015 – 2021, in addition to being an active supporter of the
Society’s activities through a range of exhibitions, research, presentations
and publications.

In his new role Jaime will continue to be a member of the
Communication, Engagement and Research Committee and the Sussex
Archaeological Collections Advisory Board.

Jaime has a PhD in Archaeology from the University of Reading (1995) and has
been a Senior Lecturer and Research Fellow in Archaeology at the University
of Brighton.

His academic research has focused on archaeology, heritage and digital heritage. Jaime is also a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (FRGS), a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of London (FSA).
