Come and enjoy a delightful family day at Michelham Priory – no formal event, just a warm invitation to bring your teddy bears and a picnic for a magical teddy bears’ picnic amidst our stunning grounds. Stroll along the woodland pathways and explore the area using a nature trail sheet packed with engaging activities, from spotting fragrant herbs and listening to the sounds of the woods to trying gentle outdoor yoga moves.

The nature trail is included with your general admission or free for Sussex Past Members. Let the kids enjoy the outdoor playground and imaginative dress-up inside the Priory, while you soak up the peaceful surroundings.

Pack your own picnic or pick up a tasty children’s lunchbox from the Blue Door Café on-site. It’s a perfect way to relax, play, and connect with nature – and of course, enjoy some quality time with your teddy bear friends.
