Seasonal produce
We aim to cook with seasonal ingredients to ensure we use British produce whenever possible as well as ensuring we present food with the best flavour and quality.

Sourcing Locally
We try to source as many of our products as locally as possible.
Currently we purchase from the following local producers:procurementlogos_2017

We recycle all of the glass, plastic and cardboard that our produce arrives in and where possible we reuse for storage in the café.

Responsible Production
We buy our coffee from Herbert and Ward where the coffee beans are grown in  sustainable conditions without the use of pesticides, herbicides and fungicides.

We have attained a level 5 Hygiene rating with Lewes District Council.
