On Saturday 1st November, Sussex Medieval Society take over Lewes Castle!

Drop in from 11am to 4pm to witness the Arming of the Knight, hear the clanging of swords in training demonstrations and witness the gruesome nature of medieval surgery.

Discover the story of this Norman fortress, towering high above the town. Experience breathtaking panoramic views across the South Downs.
