Our specialist library of Sussex archaeology and history is situated on the top floor of Barbican House Museum in Lewes.
Opening times for members:Tuesday to Saturday 10-5pm, Sundays & Mondays (except January) 11-5pm
Opening times for non members: Monday to Friday by appointment 01273 405738 or email.
Practicalities: The library is on the second floor of Barbican House. Access is via the stairs only, but there are ground floor facilities available with advance notice. Vistors must make themselves known and sign in at the museum reception desk.
