Robin Crane CBE was a film producer and director who has worked with the BBC Natural History Unit.  He has also been chairman of the Sussex Wildlife Trust.

Rendel Williams was Reader in Physical Geography at the University of Sussex and chaired the Conservation Committee of the Sussex Wildlife Trust.
