Please support us at this difficult time

Covid -19 has hit many charities and heritage organisations hard and sadly, The Sussex Archaeological Society is no exception. Our income has taken a huge hit and we need your support more than ever as we do all we can to navigate the pandemic while protecting the archaeology, our heritage and everything that makes the Society special.

For those new to the Society, Historian Tom Holland has narrated a series of videos, each focusing on a different one of our historic sites and treasures. We hope to welcome visitors back as soon as possible, but in the meantime, please watch and enjoy these, which bring our local history to life.

A new video will be posted fortnightly, so do keep checking back in with us. Huge thanks to Tom and film-maker, Jamie Muir for their support in producing these.

If you are able to donate to the Sussex Archaeological Society, you can do so via the link below. No matter how big or small the contribution, you’ll be helping us preserve our heritage at the most difficult time in our long history.

Thank you for your support – we can’t wait to see you back to our museums and properties as soon as possible!
