- Michelham Priory House & Gardens: Open 10:30 ‒ 17:00 seven days a week with timed tickets available on arrival for entry to the house. Café offering take away service, shop open. Dogs welcome on short leads from 13:30 each day. Watermill closed until spring 2021.
- Fishbourne Roman Palace & Gardens: Open four days a week, from Saturday to Tuesday 10:30 – 16:00. Café offering takeaway service.
- Lewes Castle & Museum: Open three days a week, from Friday to Sunday 11:00 to 16:00 throughout September. Please note that some parts of the castle and museum galleries will be closed due to Covid-19 restrictions.
- The Priest House, Marlipins Museum and Anne of Cleves House Museum: Closed until further notice.
The AGM will be held online on the 12th September.

This September a couple of our properties will be running events. Michelham Priory will be hosting their Medieval Weekend on 12th and 13th September with Living history camps, displays, archery and medieval traders.
Fishbourne Roman Palace’s Batty Bonanza on 5th September is a bookable evening walk and talk on the Palace’s Bats. On 23rd September join Greg Campbell as he reveal the “Secrets of the Shells” found at Fishbourne.
This week the BBC’s Antique Road Trip filmed the Society’s President, Professor Martin Bell on location about the mysterious history of the Longman of Wilmington.
The Telegraph sent a photographer to Michelham Priory to do a story on the medieval moat following MP Nus Ghani’s visit to the Priory and her support on the moats conservation. Dates on the release of both pieces are still be confirmed.
